Registration

Cancellation policy:

If a participant decides to cancel his attendance at the Symposium, the notification letter supplemented with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent by e-mail. Please note that no refund will be available if you have not properly informed the organizers about your cancellation plan.
 
All the refunds will be paid only after the end of the Conference
Cancellation before September 7, 2024: 90% of Registration Fees will be refunded, except bank charges.
Cancellation after September 7, 2024: no registration refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

Fake

– Academic participants: access to the Congress venue, conference bag with Congress materials, abstracts’ submission, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks.
– Young Scientist (under 35 years): access to the Congress venue, conference bag with Congress materials, abstracts’ submission, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks. At the time of
the Congress, the participant must be up to 35 years old, i.e. 34 years inclusive. A scanned copy of the passport page confirming the age must be sent by email to MendeleevCongress2024@mesol.ru.
– Students and PhD students: access to the Congress venue, conference bag with Congress materials, abstracts’ submission, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks. At the time of the
Congress, the participant must be a student or PhD student. A scanned copy of the student ID or a letter of enrollment signed by the dean with the university’s seal must be sent by email to
MendeleevCongress2024@mesol.ru.
– Accompanying Person: no access to the Congress venue, the option to book services available at special price for MendeleevCongreess2024 participants: hotel accommodation and
transportation services. Additionally, an excursion (date and time to be announced) and a Congress souvenir will be provided for accompanying persons.
– Representative of a Commercial Organization: access to the Congress venue, conference bag with Congress materials, abstracts’ submission, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks.

Accompanying persons do not have access to the Congress venue. If you intend to participate in the Congress activities, please select a different participation type.

25 June – deadline for early registration payment. If payment is not received by this date, the registration fee will increase to the post-25 June rate.
1 September – final date for registration fee payment and closure of registration.

If you require an agreement, please send a request to MendeleevCongress2024@mesol.ru, including the organization’s registration card or passport details for individuals (if the contract is with an individual), along with the full name(s) of the participant(s).

Payment methods

To make payment for the registration fee and other services (hotel accommodation, excursions, transfers), please, register online and on your personal account you could choose the preferable way of payment.
 
The payments can be done by Bank transfer.
 
In order to get the invoice, you need to add the payer in your personal account («Payment» category) and fill in the information about the payer. After that the invoice will be formed to the amount of the registration fee, the appropriate category for your participation or other services. It is possible to pay in EURO. A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.
 
The bank fees are covered by the participant. Please, keep in mind the amount of bank fees for payments.
